Miriah is a University of Florida Architecture Design graduate who carries forward her father’s legacy at Dan Karcher Construction. After joining the company as a project manager in 2009, she has since become the owner and licensed general contractor, earning a reputation for exceptional skill, leadership, and attention to detail. As a wife and mother, she places a strong emphasis on family both at home and in the workplace. Miriah is also deeply committed to giving back, actively seeking ways to support and strengthen the community.
Dan is the founder of Dan Karcher Construction, beginning his career in construction as a teenager doing masonry work alongside his uncles. He established the company in the 1970s and has spent decades building a reputation rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and pride in every job. Dan lives by the principle of treating each project as if it were his own home. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing in Key West and treasures time with his wife—his high school sweetheart—along with his daughters and grandchildren.
Jill has been a dedicated member of Dan Karcher Construction for over 40 years—the only company she’s ever called home. As a project manager with a natural eye for interior design, she brings creativity, precision, and heartfelt care to every project she leads. Outside of work, she’s an avid animal lover with a special affection for dogs. Jill also enjoys exploring the world, especially through international travel that fuels her sense of adventure and inspiration.
Kendall has spent nearly 40 years as a superintendent with Dan Karcher Construction, where his experience and intuition allow him to spot and resolve potential issues long before they impact a project. Raised on a farm in New York, he brings a strong work ethic and practical problem-solving skills to every job site. He takes great pride in being a grandpa and treasures time with his family. Known for his straightforward nature, Kendall holds people accountable for what they say they’re going to do.
Stephanie has been with Dan Karcher Construction for nine years, bringing structure, adaptability, and calm organization to even the most chaotic situations. With a background in customer service and insurance collections, she excels at communication, follow-through, and problem-solving. She proudly became a Grammy in 2024 and again in 2025, a role she cherishes deeply. Outside of work, Stephanie values her large family and loves hosting annual family reunions that bring everyone together.
Steven joined Dan Karcher Construction in 2024, bringing valuable management and carpentry experience to the team. He is always eager to learn new techniques and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving on every project. Coming from a large family, Steven naturally steps into leadership roles both at work and at home. Outside of the job, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing video games, or working on home projects for himself and his family.
Patricia joined Dan Karcher Construction in 2024, bringing a strong educational foundation with a master’s degree in construction management and plans to further study interior design. Raised in Ecuador, she offers a thoughtful, global perspective to her work and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the industry. She is very close to her father, an engineer, and credits him with shaping much of her practical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with her father and her boyfriend while exploring the vibrant St. Pete lifestyle.
