We are very happy with our beautiful new custom home built by Dan Karcher Construction. As promised, the project was done on time. In fact, the home was finished ahead of schedule! There was not one day in the 5 month building process that something wasn’t being worked on or completed. Jill’s thorough knowledge of the entire building process never failed to impress us. Our project manager Kendall exceeded our expectations for diligence on the job and making sure everything was done timely and correctly…. He is also one awesome, great guy and holds “rock star” status with us. The beautiful floors, tile, trim, windows and doors are high quality thanks to the connections of the DKC team. The whole team of Dan K, Jill, Kendall, Dan, Allyn, Miriah, Stephanie are just unbelievably nice people. Thanks to the entire team at Dan Karcher Construction.

Dave and I would like to thank you and all the Karcher team on a job well done! It was amazing to close the door on an “aqua-applianced”, Formica-encrusted” dinosaur of a kitchen in January and open the door to a beautifully remodeled showplace kitchen in March. Dan Karcher built our first home in 1979-80. He and his crew discussed every detail with us and were very attentive from start to finish.
